DW Legal provides a career map for our e-discovery and document review attorneys to provide them with an incentive to grow their legal career with us.

After starting as a first-level review attorney, one can become a quality control reviewer and/or privilege log reviewer by meeting various objectives and criteria. These advanced-level reviewers can then become team leads and eventually project managers after demonstrating in-depth e-discovery knowledge and the ability to manage review teams. Ultimately, a project manager can advance to a lead project manager role, which involves managing large, complex projects. Our goal is to retain the top talent, and our review attorney career path helps us attract such talent.
