Our Process
The Willis Group talent brands share a time-tested and refined qualification, recruiting and screening process. It has been developed over 30 years in the staffing industry by industry leaders.
Our dedicated account professionals use daily team meetings held in the morning and the afternoon to ensure accountability, prioritization and progress on requirements in the queue. Full-time recruiting teams use traditional and leading-edge methods to recruit top talent. This includes networking through our internal database of thousands of prior contacts that we have interacted with over our 25+ year history.
A multi-step screening process is used, becoming more intensive at each progressive step of the life cycle. The initial paper screening based on resume is followed by the first recruiter’s telephone conversation and submission by the candidate of the background summary form. This form itemizes skill sets, including self-assessed capability and years of experience in each of the applicable skills and/or technical subject areas. Following review of the background summary, an in-depth interview is conducted, followed by the detailed technical screening. At this stage, elements such as technical screening, skills verification and psychological profiles and assessments are introduced. The final step in the screening prior to hiring is the in-person interview cycle, during which members of our recruiting and management team interview each candidate for hire.
