DW Legal’s legal document review experience spans all types and sizes of projects. Our project management team members are e-discovery subject matter experts and have in-depth legal document review experience. They assist clients with developing review guidelines and methodologies specific to each matter while focusing on utilizing review platform technology to add efficiencies to each review.

Our solution options are multi-tiered: major U.S. markets, near-shore U.S. locales, and an off-shore Philippine facility. Projects are structured to utilize one, two, or all three of these solutions.

Our basic review service areas include first pass review, second pass review, privilege review, confidentiality and privacy review, and redaction and privilege log support. We have in-depth experience managing reviews related to all areas of law, including antitrust, banking and finance, environmental, healthcare, intellectual property, labor and employment, real estate, toxic tort, and white collar crime issues, as well as large government investigations.
