Below is a brief synopsis related to some of our services across the EDRM lifecycle:

- Information Management – Legal research for records retention schedules and project management support for the integration of records management and litigation readiness programs.
- Identification – Develop matter initiation plans and process, procedures, project management protocols to be utilized throughout the matter. Begin search strategy development.
- Preservation – Develop matter-specific preservation strategies. Draft template litigation readiness materials related to preservation, including preservation notices and policies and procedures. Begin creating litigation/investigation response plans, and assist with meet and confer outlines and strategies.
- Collection – Develop matter-specific collection plans. Outline collection strategies and protocols based on client needs and data sources and types.
- Processing – Refine search strategies and utilize project manager data analytics skills to cull and filter data sets for review.
- Review – Start to finish managed review, discussed in greater detail under the Managed Review tab of this website.
- Production – Draft production format specifications and production guidelines, and oversee productions.
- Data Privacy – Cross-border discovery and data privacy advice from our EVP of E-Discovery Services and General Counsel, who is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 6: International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure.
