shutterstock_9833917We currently have a relationship with two testing vendors: eSkill and Brainbench. Technical/skill assessments are performed on qualified candidates

eSkill’s focus as an employment testing service is on hard skills testing, with validated task-based questions that assess candidates’ job skills in technical, office, typing, and other professional knowledge areas. We typically use eSkill for testing for administrative and clerical positions.

Brainbench’s assessment products are used to predict a qualified candidate’s success in a particular position. Assessment may include:

  • Knowledge, skills, abilities
  • Personality
  • Past work behaviors
  • Interview guides
  • Certifications
  • Consulting services
