While our recruiting engine is extremely competitive in today’s market, its value would be greatly diminished if we could not retain our resources.

We have implemented the following programs and initiatives to increase consultant job satisfaction, career growth, and company loyalty:

Competitive Salary – We offer consultants competitive pay rates that are within the market range according to location, skill sets and qualifications.

Enhanced Benefit Program – For the convenience of our consultant population and to attract more consultants to meet our clients’ needs, we offer both internal employees and qualified consultants the same benefits package. We may be the only staffing company that offers the same corporate benefits to its consultants. These benefits include:

Recognition Program – We recognize outstanding performers among our consultants with a variety of programs and incentives typically including a pay increase.

Performance Reviews – We conduct regular reviews of our consultants and conduct an annual review for all consultants on assignment for more than a year. If the consultant has consistently met or exceeded expectations based on client feedback, they may be eligible for a pay increase, paid time off or a combination of both.
