Default Business Writer - $34k to $49k
Job Description
- Provide support for multiple internal applications, which utilize extensive VBA, COM objects, .Net and XML.
- Monitor applications and processes for errors, deliverables and continuity with ongoing operations.
- Process requests from internal/external customers ranging from adding new reports, manuals, procedures and policies.
- Interact daily with management, IT groups, internal and external customers.
- Communicate with all levels of management and auditors.
Required Experience:
- FCRA training/certification preferred
- FDCPA training/certification preferred
This Job Requires the Following Skills:
- Working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, Visio, Access and Project.
- Minimum one-year experience having worked in system or business support required, preferably in a Windows NT, XP and/or UNIX environment.
- 1 to 2 years experience in the mortgage and/or financial services industry preferred.
- VBA (nice but not necessary) - full life cycle development
- 1 year SQL
Education Required:
College Degree or equivalent experience
