Traci Barnes – Vice President, Recruiting and Fulfillment

Traci Barnes brings substantial staffing industry experience, in both depth and breadth, to the Donovan & Watkins team. She is tasked with the creation, deployment and ongoing management of formalized processes around recruiting and delivery. Traci works as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team to ensure process excellence and candidate and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining the Donovan & Watkins team, Traci was an Area Manager for Kelly Services. In that role, Traci was responsible for leading several branch and on-site offices located in North/Northwest Houston. Her responsibilities included managing the Kelly staff as well as aligning sales and service with the company’s strategic goals of Profit, Solutions and People.
Over the course of 15 years working with staffing industry household names such as Kelly Services and Manpower, Traci has developed a wide variety of skills and experience in areas including Accounting and Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial Staffing.
