Bryant Miller joined Donovan & Watkins in June 2007 as President with the goal of streamlining processes and making the sales and recruiting efforts more effective and efficient. He is responsible managing the organization and increasing profitability, but also is charged with formalizing and implementing a growth plan to ensure the company has a national foot print within the next five to seven years. His professional background and track record have qualified him as a leader and a member of the team. His diverse sales and management career includes a focus on augmenting staff and providing turn-key solutions for IT businesses.

Prior to joining Donovan & Watkins, Bryant began his career appraising residential and commercial properties for Dominy, Ford, and McPherson. After several years in the industry, Bryant pursued opportunities at TEKsystems (formerly Aerotek Data Services) where he served as a Recruiter, Account Manager, Director of Branch Operations, Manager of Business Development for the Houston Market, and Director of Business Development across North America.

Bryant executed a sales strategy for turn-key solutions as the Practice Manager of Managed Services while with eLinear Solutions, Inc. in Houston. Additionally, Bryant was the Director of Client Services at Kforce, Inc. responsible for restructuring the sales and recruiting processes, fostering a new working environment and culture to promote a team-oriented setting, and achieving financial goals.

Bryant holds a BA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
